Lost amid all of the Radio Canine News of the past couple of days...Cleveland-based regional sports network SportsTime Ohio has announced the upcoming launch of a 24/7 HDTV channel.The full-time HD channel, complete with local studio productions done in HD, is set to launch April 1st... just in time for the Cleveland Indians' regular season.
